Polypropylene Big Bags

Production of big bags from polypropylene with a load capacity of up to 3000 kg.

Big bags, also known as soft specialized containers or MKR, are flexible polymer containers, which are strong bulk bags with a carrying capacity of 200 to 3000 kg.

The name "big bag" itself comes from the English "big bag", which means "big bag".

They are made of polypropylene fabric - a polymer material that is highly durable and resistant to breaking loads.

They are used for transportation and temporary storage of various loose, granular, fine-grained and lumpy materials.

Container loop slings are required for rigging operations using cranes, forklifts and other lifting equipment.

THE MAIN APPLICATIONS OF BIG BAGS

chemical industry (fertilizers, sulfur, lime);

agriculture (seeds, cake, animal feed);

food industry (soda, sugar, salt, flour, cereals);

construction (cement, gypsum, dry mixes);

metallurgy (slag, metals, alloy components);

mining industry (chalk, coal, crushed stone, sand);

VARIETIES OF BIG BAGS BY THE NUMBER OF LIFTING SLINGS

single-line containers;

double-line containers;

four-line containers with belt slings.

MODIFICATION OF THE TOP AND BOTTOM STRUCTURES

Container top:

open;

upper assembly (skirt);

loading valve;

loading valve with protective collar;

top cover with braid (lapel).

Container bottom:

blind-in;

deaf "star";

in-line with discharge valve;

built-in with a discharge valve and a protective collar;

vtachnoe with a discharge valve and a lid with a braid (lapel).

BY COEFFICIENT (FACTOR) SECURITY (SF)

Safety factor SF 5:1
Safety factor SF 6:1
Safety factor SF 8:1

The safety factor (SF) characterizes the margin of safety of the flexible container.

When testing a disposable container with SF 5:1, it must withstand a load of at least five times its working capacity.

Big bags with a safety factor of 6:1 and 8:1 are reusable and must be able to withstand a load of six and eight times their working minimum, respectively.

SELECTING THE OPTIMUM BIG BAG

As a rule, big bags are selected according to the following criteria:

type of product being shipped,

bulk weight of products, t/m3,

available equipment for packaging in soft containers,

method of transportation (selection of sizes for optimal placement in freight transport),

the number of required loading and unloading cycles during transportation,

available equipment for transshipment of loaded products.

ADVANTAGES OF USING BIG BAGS

Flexible containers are the optimal packaging for large-capacity bulk cargo. They replace plywood drums, barrels, bags and are transported by any means of transport.

have high strength and allow repeated use;

container materials are environmentally friendly;

save storage space due to the possibility of stacking;

available in different sizes and designs;

ensure the safety of products during storage and transportation;

allow to fully mechanize the process of packaging and loading and unloading;

allow temporary storage of goods in open areas;

make it possible to transport goods by open rolling stock, which reduces the downtime of wagons;

minimize the cost of disposal of non-returnable packaging;

may have individually selected characteristics and design features;

reduce the cost of transportation due to the low dead weight (0.2–0.3% of the mass of the cargo);

can be equipped with polyethylene liners for sealing and protecting products from environmental influences.

All big bags undergo strict quality control. At each stage of production, we check:

appearance - for damage and integrity of the lines;

compliance with the characteristics of the materials used;

size compliance;

Our control and measurement laboratory and test benches allow us to carry out all the necessary types of tests:

verification of physical and mechanical properties of raw materials;

checking the safety factor of finished big bags;

checking the resistance of materials to ultraviolet rays.

By default, soft containers are made of light-stabilized white fabric with a basis weight of 120 to 200 g/m². On request, it is possible to produce big bags from colored fabric or add transparent stripes to the fabric.

We can apply color printing on containers: logo, name, characteristics of transported products and any other information. Printing is applied by flexography - up to 4 colors.

ORDERING SOFT CONTAINERS

It is possible to manufacture big bags with the required dimensions, characteristics and structural elements.

We are ready to discuss individual terms of cooperation with each customer and provide product samples for testing. To order containers, you can call by phone or send a request by e-mail:
